The strength of Officine Car has always been the carpentry department, with an available area of 2000m² and lifting capacity up to 20T. It produces small and large sized items, starting from sheet metal cutting and ending with welding in all its types.

The carpentry department is made up of:

• n°8 welding station with FRONIUS welding machines
• n°8 carpentry station up to 13m length
• n°1 modular template bench up to 2m x 8m
• n°2 MG 4 rollers calender up to 30mm x 2500mm
• n°1 SOITAAB 6m x 2,5m 260A 5-axis plasma cutting machine 6000mm x 2500mm
• n°4 Automatic bandsaws with stock storage
• n°1 station for submerged arc welding machine
• n°2 straightening press up to 300T
• n°1 MANDELLI sheet metal bending machine 150T x 3000mm
• n°1 COSTA sheet metal automatic deburring system

All production cycles are standardized with UNI EN ISO certified procedures, especially the welding processes. Staff includes qualified personnel to autonomously carry out destructive and non-destructive tests.
